| | CHAROLAIS EXPANSION  Our goalsCharolais Expansion is the first commercial partner working with each member of the French association of Charolais’ breeders. With many years of successful exportations, we provide a service based on the selling purebred French Charolais registered in the Genealogical Book out of France. We offer the widest choice of stockbreeding animals with pedigrees certified by the French Herd Book (yearling heifers, 18-month-old heifers, pregnant heifers or males…), also semen and embryos. The long-term genetic selection achieved by the members of the French Herd Book will enable you to create competitive and practical husbandries anywhere in the world. Our believesCharolais Expansion isn’t satisfied with selling Charolais’ genetics. Our main concern is to guarantee the achievement of Charolais’ breed throughout the world. We have a highly qualified team focused on satisfying our customer’s requirements. We select, assemble, health test, quarantine, load and ship livestock. We also work together with approved carriers in order to deliver animals to many countries throughout the world (European Union, Russia and Eastern countries, North Africa…). Our shipment partners can ship by land, sea or plane. They are highly qualified and always observe animal welfare rules. Our contracts can include insurance for animals during shipment and 30 days after in the destination country. Insurance covering abortion can also be added for pregnant females. Moreover we believe it is essential for us to share French breeders’ techniques and know-how. That’s why our specialists can provide technical expertise from France or directly in your country on each area of cattle breeding: feeding, harvesting, herd management, animal handling… For each sale we can provide customers with annual visits to their farm. Our best achievementsIn 2006 and 2007 we exported approximately 3400 animals. Those contracts outline our know-how and the success of Charolais breed the world over. Poland In just one month Charolais Expansion manage to gather, select and ship 200 heifers to Poland. Less than 2 weeks after the contract signing, the buyers could themselves choose their animals within 600 heifers. Then all the sanitary and administrative work was completed as quickly as possible in order to deliver animals in less than 15 days onto the customer’s farm. Russia In 2006 and 2007, 3 very important contracts to Russia followed one after the other. Firstly, in November and December 2006, 786 18-month-old heifers, 786 yearling heifers and 26 young bulls went to Krasnodar in the South of Russia to create a brand new Charolais herd. Charolais Expansion handled everything from the animal choice to the shipment to Russia including the management of the quarantine and the sanitary and custom’s documents. Entirely satisfied with his first purchase, the same customer renewed his confidence in Charolais Expansion in July 2007 signing a second contract for 800 pregnant heifers and 50 males. All those animals went to Russia by sea and are now enjoying the Russian grasslands. Moreover a second businessman from Russia proved his interest for Charolais’ breed buying 400 pregnant heifers in order to have beef cows on his farm near Kaluga (South-West of Moscow). For those contracts Charolais Expansion, helped by the French Herd Book, supplied the farms with a technical support. Two young French breeders helped them for 2 months in Russia. |
